A separate apartment/guest annexe provides air conditioned accommodation. Each measuring 25sq.Metres, both with separate bathroom, toilet and kitchen facilities, these superbly equipped apartments are suitable for long or short term rental or simply as self-contained rooms for guests.

Underneath the apartments and easily accessible from the house is a utility room, 2.5m(8.25feet) by 10m(32 feet).

Currently this room contains  a New LG automatic washing machine and a large Bosch freezer with ample storage .

The holiday season extends from May 1st through until October 20th. The apartments, when rented separately to the villa, realise between €7000 - €10000 per season (€40 - €60 per night) fully let and the villa can be let for between €100 & €200 per night.

The complex, as a whole, is lettable for €250 to €300 per night.
